Niger State Chief Judge Sworn in Thirty Commissionaires, Thirty Special Advisers

Niger state Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Halima Ibrahim Abdulmalik has sworn in thirty Commissioners and thirty Special Advisers who were recently appointed by the governor, Rt. Hon. Umar Bago.

The Chief Judge who was represented by Justice Maimuna Abubakar administered the oath of office to the appointees.

In his remarks, the Executive Governor of Niger state, Rt. Hon Umar Bago charged the appointees to be dedicated and work in synergy to ensure that collectively they deliver on their mandates to the people.

He further urged them to embrace teamwork as the key to driving the implementation of government policies and programmes, while complementing each other to achieve the overall target of delivering their responsibilities.

Governor Bago also admonished the newly sworn in Commissioners and Special Advisers saying that, he will not hesitate to show the way out to anyone found complacent, docilie and corrupt.

He also called on Nigerlites to live in peace and abide by the rules governing the state.

In a vote thanks speech, commissioner for land and survey Barrister Maurice Bello Magaji on behalf of the appointees expressed his gratitude to the governor for finding them worthy to serve the state and promised their loyalty and dedication to the state as a whole.

In another development the governor commissioned the newly built office of the Deputy governor.
